Andre Herbst

Technical Manager

Based in Perth for 14 years, Andre’ as a mechanical engineer has been involved in the mining industry for more than 25 years. Andre is directly involved in the design and manufacturing of drilling consumables for tier 1 miners globally, specifically in rotary bits, drill string and DTH products.

Andre’ has extensive experience in the design and support of rotary and DTH drilling consumables for the Pilbara and East Coast mine sites of Australia.

Wayne Beaton

Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Wayne has an MBA and been involved in the drilling consumable industry for over a decade in Commercial, Business and Global Product Development roles. Wayne led a team who worked with a Tier 1, Pilbara based, iron ore miner, managing the transition to and optimising the life and performance of rotary drilling products on the world’s largest fleet of autonomous drill rigs.

Will Stuart

Director

Will, a Charted Accountant by profession, in conjunction with the team at Cenerg in India, has been involved in the global development of Rotary Drill Bits for over 25 years.
Along with the Cenerg team, he has been involved in the R&D and manufacture of Rotary Drill Bits, as well as drilling consumables supply and support.

Jason Lisowski

Sales Manager

Jason has been involved in the drilling industry for almost 30 years. Starting out as a driller’s offsider in the exploration industry, quickly progressing to a driller, provided Jason the opportunity to drill locally throughout Western Australia the Northern Territory and a stint overseas.

Jason then spent several years in both surface and underground production drilling across a variety of commodities including coal, iron ore and mineral sands.
Building on his exploration and production drilling background, Jason then made a successful transition to the drill consumable business, spending the last 16 years based on the east coast in Product Support, Product Development and Sales Management roles.

Over the past 12 years, Jason has been instrumental in building the Cenerg business, leading the Cenerg Sales and Product Support teams based in Queensland and New South Wales.

Sean Stuart

Accounts & Logistics

Sean has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in accounting and finance. Since 2019, Sean has undertaken a role in logistics and finance management at Cenerg. Sean has been extensively involved in successfully managing supply chain difficulties through Covid related challenges. He has introduced digitization and automated reporting within the business.
